Ritherdon Road Kitchen - A Stunning Family Kitchen in the Heaver Estate
Designed for a young family in Tooting, this kitchen wraps deep Farrow and Ball Carriage Green cabinetry around calm Farrow and Ball Slipper Satin walls. A richly veined gold-and-white quartz worktop adds warmth and the cream Lacanche range cooker with brass detailing takes pride of place. It's a really beautiful kitchen with some special details.
About This Project
The brief called for a practical, hardworking kitchen with generous hidden storage. A full-height run of cabinetry does the heavy lifting: one door folds open to reveal a breakfast station tucked behind, kettle and coffee machine sitting on an oak-lined shelf lit by a discreet LED strip. Nearby, two drawers get a brass mesh front instead of solid fronts - perfect for keeping vegetables ventilated and in view. A deep Belfast sink and pull-out tap anchor the island, framed by matt brass knobs and pulls throughout.
