Our Process

Ideally, we take anything from a few minutes to a few hours of your time for an initial debrief on your project. This usually takes place during an online consultation but can also be in person. We aim to understand your vision and show you how we work. Everyone starts from a different point, so it’s very helpful to understand your desired approach and how this might interplay with our standard process. We are happy to follow orders or take the lead on the design of a project. Either option (and the middle ground) is workable!

Around one week later, we arrange a follow-up online consultation and we will present an Auto-CAD design and a quote based on our initial conversation. We will then take on board your feedback. This phase is free of charge.

Depending on the outcomes of our previous conversations, we would arrange follow up calls - or you are welcome to visit us - and we will present an updated version of the design and quote. We will repeat this step until we have landed on the perfect design for your kitchen! This phase is still free of charge.

We will send you a Purchase Order and invoice for a deposit payment once everything has been agreed. We will also need to confirm all design aspects, including paint colour and appliance choices. A second payment is due on arrival of your kitchen, and a third once the installation is complete.

The current lead time from the final design is around three months. We love fitting our own kitchens and are very happy to do so. However, we do also understand that some of our customers have a pre-existing agreement with a kitchen fitter and that is also fine. We would provide them with a full set of drawings and always be on the phone for questions to help make the installation process as efficient and stress-free for you as possible.
