About This Project
This bespoke kitchen was designed for a young family looking to combine functionality with character. Hand-painted off-white cabinetry is paired with warm oak detailing, including a solid oak island worktop and exposed window joists. Quartz surfaces add durability and elegance, while thoughtful zoning keeps the open-plan layout feeling calm and ordered. A downdraft hob maintains clean sightlines and an uncluttered feel, and open shelving brings a relaxed, personal touch.

The brief was clear — create a space with enough storage and function for family life, while keeping the visual weight low. We introduced full-height cabinetry at the entry to house the essentials and free up the rest of the kitchen for openness and flow. The oak details were key to softening the space and adding texture. Every material was chosen to feel warm, purposeful and timeless, allowing the space to grow with the family who lives in it.
